The continued investment from Tax Management New Zealand (TMNZ) in customer support and client services means you may have heard a few different voices on the other end of the phone when you have contacted us recently.
Five new staff members – Shaunnie Farr, Cameron Carter, Grace Evetts, James Stuart and Denise Pimentel – have been welcomed into our tax pooling family.
Of the new members to join TMNZ, Shaunnie, Cameron and Grace have come on board as Customer Relationship Specialists.
Their arrival in the Customer Support Team means TMNZ has even more staff members dedicated to answering queries about tax pooling and processing transactions.
James joins the Client Services Team as a Client Services Manager, while Denise takes over as Marketing Manager.
James is responsible for managing large corporate accounts, developing relationships and educating larger taxpayers on the benefits of using tax pooling.
Denise is responsible for all of TMNZ’s branding, advertising, sponsorship, marketing collateral and owned digital assets such as the website, social media and emails.
The quintet’s arrival means TMNZ now has 21 staff members.
