TMNZ COVID-19 Protection Guidelines

With New Zealand’s move to the Government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework, TMNZ has considered how we will operate our business in a way that manages the safety of our people, clients and the wider community alongside the greater freedoms we will be embracing.

We are committed to upholding the principle of Manaakitanga and taking accountability for the wellbeing of New Zealanders.

Vaccination requirements

Proof of vaccination is required to access TMNZ premises and attend TMNZ-run events. This includes TMNZ employees, clients, visitors and contractors. Also, any TMNZ employee visiting our clients’ offices or attending events will be fully vaccinated.

These TMNZ requirements sit alongside the other elements of the New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework including face coverings, physical distancing, limits on in-person gatherings, and contact tracing.

Meeting in our offices

In line with our requirements, we ask that you are fully vaccinated should you wish to come to our offices or attend a TMNZ-run event. Please reach out to your TMNZ contact to explore alternative options like virtual meetings, if required. Prior to any meetings at our offices, your host will send you an email outlining the requirements and ask that you acknowledge and observe these when you visit us.

Meeting outside of our offices

We ask that if you are due to meet with any member of our team outside of our offices and you are not fully vaccinated, please contact us to discuss alternatives to a face-to-face meeting.

Please let your usual TMNZ contact know if you would like to discuss anything further. Throughout these challenging times, we remain available to you and focused on providing the support you need.

COVID-19 Business Support

If your business is feeling the economic impact of COVID-19, we can help with cashflow options. Keeping cash in your business will give you peace of mind and we can help you do that.
