Last week, Tax Management NZ made a donation to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, the second charity to receive a donation as part of our Christmas giving campaign.
At a morning tea at TMNZ, CEO Chris Cunniffe presented a cheque for $3600 to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand Events and Fundraising Co-ordinator Keshlar Inglis.
After hearing from Keshlar and Director Programme Design & Delivery Moira Clunie about what the organisation does, TMNZ staff felt good knowing the donation would be used to provide valuable resources for those who suffer from mental health disorders.
TMNZ had already given a $2800 donation to Breakfast Club, and its final donation is to be made to Women’s Refuge.
TMNZ last year decided to get into the Christmas spirit by letting clients have a say where some of the $10,000 it had put aside to donate to charity would go.
