We are happy to announce our new, simple-to-use TMNZ Reports are available on your dashboard to view and export.

This means you can now easily see all relevant information relating to TMNZ payments and transactions made by taxpayers you manage in one place.

Reports are an area we have been working hard to improve after receiving feedback from our clients about what data they wish to see. We hope you enjoy the changes.

Navigating the new TMNZ Reports

It is very simple to find what you are looking for in the new TMNZ Reports.

You will be able to search by taxpayer name if you manage multiple accounts. You will also be able to filter by account type, balance date and terminal tax date.

What will I be able to see in the new TMNZ Reports?

Once you select a taxpayer, you will have three options to choose from in the new TMNZ Reports:

  • Balances: This shows a summary of the payment made into the TMNZ tax pool as well as any sales, transfers and closing balances.
  • Statement of account: Like a bank statement, this shows a list of transactions. These transactions are by income year and you can drill down into each tax date. The CSV export will show more information such as TMNZ interest paid and received, IRD interest and RWT.
  • Payment history: This shows a list of transactions by payment date. It is ideal if you wish to refer to payments made to TMNZ. There are two CSV exports for you to choose from – summary or detailed.

Feel free to check out the new TMNZ Reports by signing into your dashboard.

How do I offer feedback on the new TMNZ Reports?

TMNZ is always looking for ways to make it easier for clients to access the information they require in relation to their payments and transactions with us.

As such, we are keen to hear from anyone who has any feedback on how we can improve the new TMNZ Reports for future releases. You can do this by using our feedback widget in the dashboard. We value all feedback and take it into consideration when planning new developments.

Alternatively, you can sign up to our Pilot Programme. This means we will advise you of any upcoming changes we are looking to make. You will also have the opportunity to test and share your thoughts as they progress.

The new TMNZ Reports are the first in a series of exciting updates to our dashboard. Watch this space as we have a few more developments in the pipeline.
